Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-11
In short
- There are no accounts. Your progress and settings are saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
- With your permission we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to learn how the game is played. Without it, they don’t load at all.
- Ads only play when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward. They are personalized only if you allow it.
- You can change your choice at any time: .
Who we are
Raid of the Leks (raidoftheleks.com) is made and run by Nikoloz, who is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@nikatopu.dev.
What stays in your browser
The game saves your progress (regions won, the latest dawn of each level, best scores), your settings (music, sound, lord, theme and flag), what you have unlocked in the encyclopedia, and your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. This is needed for the game to work, so it is stored without asking. It stays on your device: we never receive it. Clearing your browser’s site data deletes it.
Analytics (only with your permission)
If you allow analytics, two services load:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) counts visits and the pages and game events you reach (a level started, won or lost, and the night reached), with your browser, device, screen size, language and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Cookies:
_gaand_ga_*, up to 2 years. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services. - Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how pages are used: clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, as anonymised session replays and heatmaps, with the same device information. Text you type is masked. Cookies:
_clck(1 year) and_clsk(1 day). See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We use this only to improve the game, for example to see where players get stuck. We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months; Clarity keeps data for the periods Microsoft sets for it. We never combine it with other data to find out who you are.
Ads (only when you ask for one)
Some levels offer a reward, such as doubling a dawn’s coins, for watching an ad. Ads come from Google (Google AdSense) and only play when you press such a button. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to show the ad, measure it and prevent fraud. If you allowed personalized ads, Google may also choose ads that fit your interests; otherwise it is asked for non-personalized ads. See how Google uses cookies in advertising. You can also manage Google’s ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, it briefly logs technical data about each request (IP address, browser and time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See the Vercel Privacy Policy. The site’s fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google Fonts.
Legal bases (EU and UK)
- Analytics and personalized ads: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Hosting logs and non-personalized ads you ask for: our legitimate interest in running the site safely and paying for it (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Saving your progress in your browser: strictly necessary for the game you asked to play.
Transfers outside your country
Google, Microsoft and Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries. They rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and their UK and Swiss equivalents) for these transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what came before. Write to contact@nikatopu.dev. Because we don’t know who our players are, we may need your help to find data about you (for example, the date and time of your visit). You can also complain to your data protection authority: in the EU your national authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office, and in Georgia the Personal Data Protection Service.
California and other U.S. states
We do not sell personal information. Personalized ads may count as “sharing” under some state laws; they stay off unless you turn them on, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to keep them off.
Children
Raid of the Leks is a game for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live (16 in parts of the EU), please ask a parent or guardian before allowing analytics or personalized ads, or simply choose “Reject all”: the whole game works without them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If we start collecting something new, we will ask for your permission again. See also the Terms of Use.
