1. The game

Raid of the Leks (raidoftheleks.com) is a free browser game made and run by Nikoloz. By playing it or using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Playing

• The game is free to play. There are no accounts and nothing to buy.
• You may play it for your own enjoyment and share links to it. Please don’t copy, sell, re-host or frame the game, and don’t try to break, overload or misuse the site.
• Your progress is saved only in your browser. It can be lost if you clear your browser’s data or switch devices, and we can’t restore it.

3. Ads and rewards

Some levels offer an optional in-game reward for watching an ad. Rewards exist only inside the game, have no money value and can’t be exchanged. An ad may not always be available, and rewards may change.

4. Ownership

The game’s code, art, text and music arrangements belong to Nikoloz. The traditional songs it plays, the sound recordings and other third-party material keep their own licenses, listed on the Credits page.

5. History

The game is set in real history, and its encyclopedia and History page cite their sources. It is still a game: some events, people and details are simplified or invented for play, and these are marked where they differ from the record. It is not a history textbook.

6. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or end at any time, and may have bugs.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nikoloz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

8. Privacy

How the site handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted here with a new date. They are governed by the laws of Georgia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
